You usually want to do grille first so you can screwdriver it on your tile but it doesn't really matter if you use alt-click to click it anyways.

Currently the mountain z-level has too few points of interests made for them and so they'll always have the same points of interests made for them. When more get added the 'always the same' problem should fix itself, since how the system works is that the game is given a 'budget' of imaginary points...
